I made some really great muffins tonight adapted from this recipe onTasteofhome mine is a little healthier. 
Cranberry Banana Oat Pecan Muffins 


The things I changed or omitted Below
Instead of:
  • 1-2/3 cups sugar, divided = 1/4 cup agave cooked with cranberries and 1/2 cup of brown sugar creamed with the eggs
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts = I used 1/4 cup of pecans (because that’s the only kind of nut I had on hand)
I Added:
  • 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla 
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon 
  • 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
  • 1 cup of real oatmeal no instant stuff here
